  Objectives:
  Directly manages and supervises a limited number of sites and a limited number of subcontractors on a project. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for the on-time delivery of all project milestones and for obtaining all project quality standards. Scope of responsibilities will range from working with the Site Acquisition Department to review Permit Drawings and Construction Drawings to delivering a site that is Ready for Installation to the Implementation Supervisor. The Construction Supervisor will also trouble-shoot site related problems throughout the Construction Process. A more specific Scope of Work is defined below.
  Scope of Work:
  1 Monitors supply of Subcontractor provided materials.
  2 Orders ******** provided materials from Logistics Department
  3 Evaluates construction subcontractors according to the fixed Scope of Work and project goals.
  4 Complies with the construction processes and the defined time schedule.
  5 Responsible for all aspects of the Construction Technical Site Survey Report, Permit Drawing review, Construction Drawing review, Construction Site Acceptance procedure from the Subcontractor and CSA with the Customer.
  6 Comprehends Subcontractor’s contractual obligations and Scope of Work.
  7 Trains the Subcontractors to ******** process.
  8 Detailed per site knowledge and site visits to all sites allocated.
  9 Advance planning for each site to make sure the next activity is completed without delay.
  10 Responsible for reporting all site related problems, potential delays and extreme circumstances in the CAPRI database and to the Construction Manager.
  11 Monitors and reports the status and quality of each allocated site.
  12 Identification of the Model Site pricing and all Out of Scope Cost Estimates on Technical Site Survey and valuation of the costs of Construction.
  13 Collects site documentation and As-built drawings from subcontractors to provide to the Design Supervisor.
  14 Continuous updates of the CAPRI database
  Interface:
  • Reports to the Regional Construction Manager.
  • Daily interaction and communication required with Network Planning, Site Acquisition Supervisor, Permitting Supervisor, Design Supervisor, Acceptance / Document Control and Implementation Supervisor.
  Qualification Profile:
  • Two (2) years experience in telecommunication project management or telecommunications construction work. project experience required.
  • Strong subcontractor management and decision making skills.
  • Ability to work independently under extreme pressure with tight timeframes.
  • Accurate, reliable, self-confident and firm.
  • Strong understanding of basic construction principles.
