Должностные обязанности:
Build up a sustainable business for SBT, meet revenue growth and profitability targets of the both business unit by implementing progressive business strategies. Develop unit’s core competences through people development, workplace learning, quality management and work process improvement. Maintain a strong market position by sustaining total customer satisfaction and retention:
Plan and execute SBT’s and the division’s he is in charge annual business plans and operating budgets and proactively monitor and control daily operational activities to deliver monthly and annual sales and EBIT targets.
Develop and implement SBT’s and the division’s medium to long term business strategy based on the global SBT-resp. division-strategy though exploiting competitive advantages and differentiation to maximize sales, profitability and market share growth.
Track and control department net working elements such as inventory, accounts receivables and debtors to reduce operating assets and improve EVA.
Strategy and apply aggressive sales and marketing programs and regularly participate in customer interaction and intimacy activities to retain and grow customer based, based on the global SBT resp. division framework.
Review and enhance work processes including operational (sales and execution) and administrative processes by improving time, cost, and quality effectiveness to enhance overall productivity and customer satisfaction.
Develop and retain key employees through both learning and development programs as well as regular coaching and mentoring session to cultivate employee motivation, retention and satisfaction.
Cultivate and engage in inter-company synergy, with other business units, through cross selling, key account management and cross learning to promote a cohesive business unit and to foster team spirit within the organization.
