Requirements/Qualifications/Experience

• Passion for gaming
• Experience in the games industry
• Understanding of industry trends including distribution/pricing strategies and product performance.
• Experience negotiating diverse contracts and working closely with legal teams
• Advanced understanding of key metrics and reporting technologies
• Experience working in organizations where cross-functional interdependence is required
• Written and verbal proficiency in both the English and Russian languages required

Responsibilities:
• Identify and establish new business relationships with game developers.
• Negotiate contracts to acquire content from developers
• Serve as company liaison with developers, including managing all developer inquiries that company receives (i.e. financial reporting, market trends, game production etc.)
• Coordinate efforts with other company teams (including finance, marketing, QA, etc.) to best serve the developer community
• Provide online retail expertise by researching and analyzing competitors and market trends
• Help developers to maximize their revenue by providing direction and insight regarding game performance and results.
