  Требования:
  Requrement Requirements:
  -Age of 25-35 years
  -Previous MAF/Clinical Trials experience with an international pharma company in Ukraine or other CIS country
  -University degree in Medicine/Bioscience. MBA degree is a plus but not a must
  -Experience in monitoring clinical trials for multinational pharma companies
  -Knowledge of local Healthcare environment/regulations
  -Team player and motivator
  -Excellent communication and people management skills
  -Social skills and enjoying challenging environment
  -Ethical approach and patient – oriented
  -Analytical and flexible mind
  -Computer-literate
  -Fluent in English, Russian
  Обязанности:
  Responsibilities:
  -Is responsible (with reference to the medical affairs manager) for all activities related to the conduct of clinical trials in Ukraine
  -Provides Medical support to Management and Marketing (updates of medical information, medical education programs etc.)
  -Develop and execute operational strategies through a robust business planning process, linked to the investment and operating budgets
  -Communicate at all levels within the organization and the business unit initiatives as well as to customers, suppliers and partners
  -Implements business policies, directs their administration and execution
  -Plans, develops and approves specific operational programs, procedures and methods
  -Consistently assures that the organization is operated in accordance with all applicable local and state laws
