General skills:

• JEE
• JSP/Servlets/JSTL
• Design skills, GoF, Core J2EE patterns, experience with n-tiers Architectures;
• Web and application servers (like Tomcat, JBoss etc);
• Web framework (like Struts, Spring MVC, JSF, Tapestry, GWT)
• ORM frameworks (like Hibernate, iBatis)
• JavaScript frameworks (like Dojo, Prototype, YUI, jQuery)
• Application frameworks (Spring)
• Web security (like Acegi)
• AJAX frameworks
• Intermediate English

Advisable skills:

• MS SQL
• Oracle
• Ruby/JRuby
• Flex
• Oracle
