  Position overview
  
  In this position the successful candidate will
  
  •report to Finance Director
  •be overall responsible for budgeting and cost control;
  •lead the financial team and support business functions and management by providing timely reports and advice on available resources, development trends and performance results;
  •prepare analysis in required details on profitability of various products
  •install and maintain controls to increase company profitability
  •define objectives and performance indicators for his team in line with company strategy and priorities
  •have defines individual objectives for performance evaluation
  
  Qualifications
  Level of education: university degree in economics
  ACCA, CIMA or similar qualifications are the asset
  
  Competencies and Skills
  •Strong and developed competence in IT and various MS Office applications
  •Strong analytical skills
  •Profound knowledge of IFRS and the practices of these standards applications
  •Experience in implementation of efficiency improvement projects in relation to the finance function
  •Ability to set the priorities and manage time effectively
  •Result-orientation
  •Developed communication skills
  •Team player and customer focus
  •Ability to build, motivate and lead the team
  
  Knowledge and Languages
  
  •Fluent English, Russian and Ukrainian
  •Knowledge and experience of working with automated management systems is the asset
