  Field Force Manager, Kiev, Ukraine
  Требования:
  Requirements:
  -Education: University degree is must
  -Languages: English – upper-intermediate, Russian, Ukrainian
  -Good knowledge of computer
  -Work experience: 2+ years in FMCG on field force training position or RSM position is a must
  Обязанности:
  Responsibilities:
  -Conducts initial selling skills, products trainings for field force specialists
  - Facilitates marketing team in preparing and conducting product trainings and develops support materials for field force
  - Coordinates and takes part in cycle meetings
  - Tracks post-training effectiveness through field visits and on-line tests
  - Outdoor trainings & day-to-day field coaching for field force specialists
  - Analyses efficiency of field force (Med Reps, KAMs, KASs) day-to-day work using internal (ETMS) and external data
  - Gives feedback on field specialists effectiveness and recommendations for it’s improvement to Field Force Managers, Product Managers and Business Unit Managers
  -Together with Field Force Managers seeks and proposes solutions to improve field force effectiveness through learning, coaching, motivational programs and other methods.
  - Takes part in field force specialists recruitment and assessment together with HR Manager and Line Manager
