  Требования:
  Education Requirements: Accounting or Finance or Mathematics higher education, special accounting and taxes courses and trainings.
  •
  Experience Requirements: at least 5 years in accounting, experience with big Ukrainian or foreign retail company at position Chief accountant or deputy to Chief/ senior accountant is a must, experience in trade or retail business is a must.
  •
  Personal Characteristics: highly motivated, energy, result-oriented, willing to work in start up company, ability to manage people and arrange department from the beginning, good understanding of advantage/disadvantages in regards of software accounting systems, self-organized, ability to follow to tough reporting deadlines.
  •
  Skill & Knowledge Requirements:
  Excellent practical knowledge of corporate tax, VAT, petty cash operations (big number of cash desk) and labour taxation.
  Knowledge of all tax reporting forms, ability to form balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statements in short period of time. Knowledge of real estate purchasing schemes, taxation in regards of import goods and service.
  Ability to manage process in accounting department with minimum number of staff, ability to implement accounting polices and procedures in business from scratch.
  Ability to defend company tax position from tax authority.
  Communication (as primary contact person for the shared Service Centre and for tax authorities and other local authorities), ability to structure processes.
  Experience in modern accounting systems (SAP, Navision, 1C8 or similar).
  Intermediate English. Be ready for business trips around Ukraine.
